Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CHEATBEST ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. Account creation requires explicit acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CHEATBEST provides digital software products and tools for supported games. All products are delivered electronically via license key activation. Products are provided "as-is" and are subject to game updates, patches, and third-party changes that may affect functionality.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase or use our products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each license key is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID) upon activation. Sharing, reselling, or transferring your license key or account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the duration of your subscription. You may not, under any circumstances:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, unpack, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of any CHEATBEST product
• Run our software under a debugger or instrumentation framework
• Capture, log, modify, or replay traffic between our software and our servers
• Dump, extract, or re-host any portion of our software, in memory or on disk
• Redistribute, share, mirror, leak, or resell access to our products in any form
• Bypass or attempt to bypass our HWID lock, licensing system, or anti-tamper
• Use the software for any commercial purpose beyond personal use

Each of the items above is an independent breach of this license and on its own grounds for immediate, permanent termination of your account and all associated subscriptions and licenses, without refund.

5. Forbidden Tools and Anti-Tampering

This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it carefully.

While our software is running on your system, the following classes of tools may not be present, loaded, attached, or active in any form, even if you are not actively using them at that moment:

• Debuggers, including but not limited to: x64dbg / x32dbg, OllyDbg, Immunity Debugger, WinDbg, IDA Pro (any edition), Binary Ninja, Radare2, Cutter, dnSpy, ILSpy, JetBrains dotPeek, Ghidra, and any kernel debugger (KD, WinDbgX over network, VirtualKD)
• Memory editors and game-cheat scaffolds: Cheat Engine (any architecture), Process Hacker, System Informer, ProcessExplorer with read-write tokens, KsDumper, ReClass.NET
• Unpackers and PE/.NET tools: Scylla, ScyllaHide, HxD, PE-Tools, PEStudio, Detect It Easy, dumpbin sessions targeting our processes
• Instrumentation and hooking frameworks: Frida (frida-trace, frida-server), API Monitor, TitanHide, ScyllaHide drivers, anti-anti-debug plugins of any kind
• Behaviour and system monitors: Process Monitor, Regmon, Filemon, TCPView, Sysinternals tools running with Capture enabled
• Network analysers and proxies: Wireshark, dumpcap, Fiddler (Classic / Everywhere), Charles Proxy, HTTP Debugger, Burp Suite, mitmproxy

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Functionally equivalent tools fall under the same prohibition.

6. Detection and Automated Enforcement

Our software runs automated integrity and environment checks. When a forbidden tool is detected, or when our software determines that the runtime environment has been tampered with, an enforcement action is triggered automatically and without human review. The standard enforcement action is:

• Immediate termination of your active session
• Permanent ban of your CHEATBEST account (status flipped to "banned")
• Revocation of every license key currently redeemed under that account
• Forfeiture of any time remaining on active subscriptions

You acknowledge that automated detection systems can produce false positives in rare cases. You accept this risk as part of using the Service. If you believe a ban was triggered in error, you may contact support for review, but we reserve sole and final discretion in deciding whether to reinstate an account. We do not owe you a remedy for any environmental factor on your machine that triggers a detection — including third-party software you did not realise was running.

7. No Refunds for Enforcement Bans

Bans triggered under Sections 4, 5, or 6 are not eligible for refunds, credit, replacement keys, or any other form of compensation. This includes — but is not limited to — bans triggered by:

• Any tool listed in Section 5 being open on your system at any time the loader is running
• Attempting to attach a debugger, hardware breakpoint, or memory inspector to any of our processes
• Modifying, hooking, dumping, or replacing any of our binaries
• Tampering with our software, traffic, or HWID-bound state in any way
• Sharing your account, key, or session with another user or device

This policy is non-negotiable and exists to protect every honest paying user of the platform from leaks and detection vectors.

8. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is processed through our supported payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, subject to the no-refund clause in Section 7.

9. Product Availability

We strive to keep all products functional and updated. However, game updates may temporarily disrupt service. Downtime caused by game patches does not constitute a breach of service and does not automatically qualify for refunds.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Use our products in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit our infrastructure
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse toward staff or other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions — every such attempt is detected via HWID and email reuse and results in further enforcement
• Publish, stream, or otherwise disclose the internals or technical details of any CHEATBEST product

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination without refund. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all systems, or immunity from detection by third-party anti-cheat systems. Use of our products is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

CHEATBEST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
