1. Digital Product Notice
All CHEATBEST products are digital goods delivered electronically via license key. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if:
- The product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- You are unable to activate your license key due to a technical error on our end
- The product was marked as "Online" at the time of purchase but was actually non-functional
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- You activated your license key and used the product successfully
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- Your account was banned by the game's anti-cheat (use is at your own risk)
- The product went offline due to a game update after your purchase
- You purchased the wrong product
- Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- You filed a chargeback with your payment provider
4. How to Request a Refund
- Open a support ticket in our Discord server
- Provide your username, email, and order ID
- Describe the issue in detail with screenshots if applicable
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit instead of a full refund when a significant portion of the subscription period has already been used or the issue affects specific features only.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account with no possibility of reinstatement.
